Scholarly communication is defined as “the system through which research and other scholarly writings are created, evaluated for quality, disseminated to the scholarly community, and preserved for future use." (Association of Research Libraries). At TCU, this includes scholarly output in all formats and in all subject fields.
The TCU Library is interested in both time-honored and new models of scholarly communication. The library has several new programs that support new kinds of scholarly communication, including Open Access publishing. See "What is Open Access?" for more information.
