Originally set for 2021, the 16th Cliburn Competition boasts commissioned art in the form of a mural by DAAS, created in and presented to the Fort Worth Community. The 16th "Cliburn" also has a singularly striking logo. Further, the 16th Cliburn returned to Texas Christian University for the preliminary and quarterfinal rounds in TCU's new Van Cliburn Hall.
