Flickr - Creative Commons
The photo sharing site has an option by which content-creators can post their images with a Creative Commons license. These means that they allow re-use under certain conditions. Be sure to read the Creative Commons license attached to each image to see what uses are permitted.
Google Advanced Image Search
Within the Google Advanced Search options, you can select images which have been given a Creative Commons license by their creators.
