Government Information

Use Congressional Publications to find reports about the response from the US Congress to Egypt's Revolution. Try the following search terms:

  • Egypt
  • "Arab Spring"
  • Tahrir Revolution

Then narrow the date range to "after January 1, 2011" in your search.

Once you see your results, use the side bar on the left to choose what kind of reports you see or which departments reported on the Revolution.


Use newspaper articles from the time to also see reports in the media about how the U.S. was responding.
