Bridging Cultures Bookshelf: Muslim Journeys: About Muslim Journeys

The TCU Library was one of 125 libraries awarded a grant from the National Endowment of the Humanities and the American Library Association to sponsor a book discussion series called "Let's Talk About It: Muslim Journeys."

About the Muslim Journeys Program

TCU is one of 840 libraries to recieve the Bridging Cultures Bookshelf, which includes 25 books and 3 films, carefully selected by Muslim Scholars in conjunction with the American Library Association. The TCU library is also one of 125 libraries awarded a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanties (NEH) and the American Library Association to host a series of book discussions based on this collection.

Let's Talk About It: Muslim Journeys is a book discussion series designed to foster opportunities for informed community conversations about the histories, faith, and cultures of Muslims around the world and within the United States. The TCU Library will host a kick-off event on October 10, 2013 to celebrate this award. We also invite you to consider participating in this book discussion series starting in January 2014.
