2/19/2020: Our vendor room is full! Thank you for your interest!
2/18/2020: We are getting very close to full on the vendors/exhibitors hall! (If you'd like a table, you're more likely to get in if you ask for 1 than 2 at this point.)
TCU Mary Couts Burnett Library invites you to participate in FrogCon 2020. The FrogCon Vendors and Exhibitors Hall is for those wanting to sell or promote items, events or other things at FrogCon.
Each participating merchant or exhibitor will be:
- Asked to read the TCU Code of Conduct and agree to abide by it. (Section 3.2 contains the rules and regulations that you are being asked to follow.)
- Provided with one or two 30” x 60” tables. Limited electrical access may be available upon request. As this is a pilot project, tables will be free this year.
- Allowed point of sale transactions with cash, check or credit.
Other information:
- Hours: The Library building opens at 9am, and FrogCon’s programming begins at 10am. You will be allowed into the building at 9. Programming ends at 5pm, and the building closes at 8pm. You must remove all your merchandise and gear before 8pm.
- Wifi is unavailable.
- No sales or exhibiting of weapons, prop weapons or toy weapons. TCU weapons policy.
- No burning/melting/heating/vaporizing of anything. This includes incense, candles, aromatic oils, etc.
- Noisy and/or visually annoying media such as loud music or videos, strobe lights, flashing or rotating siren lights, etc. are prohibited.
- Do not tape or otherwise affix anything to Library walls or windows. If your setup goes vertical, you must bring the supports yourself.
- Staff: Our staff is limited, and we may not have anyone available to help you load, unload or set up. We will not be monitoring your merchandise in any way.
- Table assignments will be issued at the con, as we are still working out the exact space.
- FrogCon does not provide table cloths or covers, just the bare tables.
- Please provide your own extension cords, as we do our best to place those that need power near the outlets.
If you are interested in being a vendor or exhibitor at FrogCon, please contact us at s.folse@tcu.edu or a.harrison@tcu.edu and we'll get that process started.
