Join us for a day of interactive workshops and conversations that will explore the topics of gender, LGBTQIA+, and Drag. The second annual GRO and LGBTQIA+ Symposium will feature distinguished keynote speakers Dr. Kareem Khubchandani (aka LaWhore Vagistan), Assistant Professor of Drama & Dance, and Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies at Tufts University and Dr. Lawrence La Fountain-Stokes (aka Lola Von Miramar), Professor of American Culture, Latina/o Studies, Romance Languages and Literatures, Spanish, and Women’s Studies at the University of Michigan.
