COVID-19 (Coronavirus): Library

  1. By now, you have received communication from Chancellor Boschini regarding TCU’s plans to suspend in-person instruction for TCU students for the rest of the semester. Because of this, the Library will be closed to the public until further notice.  Perimeter doors will allow only building employees to enter during this time.
  2. The TCU community will be able to reach us  with requests and questions remotely.
  3. The TCU library will focus on finding electronic resources for our campus community going forward.  As of Friday, March 20th, the library will not be scanning physical items due to the fact that we have been requested to work remotely.  We are closely monitoring the situation. If a dramatic increase in demand occurs, the library will work with campus administration to see what options are available at that time.  We will follow all health and safety guidelines available to guide our decisions. We will do our best to get you the resources you need.
