Agricultural Statistics: U.S. -- Primarily concerned with historical statistics at a national level. Some reports will include state or county information as well.
Cooperatives: historical data -- Historical information on agricultural cooperatives. "Farm Marketing, Supply and Service Cooperative Historical Statistics"
Commodities-- Historical (as well as current) statistics/reports on agricultural commodities
