eReaders & eBooks: Kindle

How to use your eReaders with library eBooks.

Kindle

Kindles are not the ideal device for viewing the type of ebooks provided via the TCU Library. However, it is possible to access most library ebook content with a Kindle Fire using the instructions provided below:

If reading ebooks from the TCU library is important, then we recommend the Kindle Fire instead of any of the e-ink versions. The Fort Worth Public Library offers access to a number of books in both Kindle and epub format, so if you are more interested in reading popular books on an e-reader, either a Kindle with e-ink or a Kindle Fire would work fine with ebooks from the Fort Worth library.
